People are using mobile technologies at work & play and to communicate & collaborate. In less than 30 minutes, we will explore 5 free digital tools (apps) that nurture science learning, creativity, and scientific endeavors and then identify ways for integrating these tech-savvy approaches into different aspects of life. Rashmi Kumar is a learning specialist in STEM disciplines at the University of Pennsylvania. She is inspired by learning science for fun and work. In her work, Dr. Kumar designs active learning models for engaging with science at many levels and for a wide range of outcomes.
